Please note, banks generally take 7- 10 days for CC/DC/NB and 15 days ( Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) for a UPI transaction to refund this amount in your source account.
There are multiple ways by which you can repay your outstanding or due amounts:
1. On the website – Select the ‘Pay Bill’ tab available on the home page www.lazypay.in . Enter your registered details and OTP received. Click on Pay Now.
2. From email/SMS – We regularly send you email & SMS notifications for repaying your dues, you can click on the “Pay Now” button in the email or click on the link in the SMS message. (Tip: you can save the link from your SMS for future repayments as well)
3. On the mobile app – Download our Citrus- LazyPay App from Play Store or the Citrus-LazyPay App from App store. Click on the LazyPay tab available at the bottom, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button.
Please check terms and condition of the offer and check if you were eligible for the cashback on that offer.

If the merchant has processed your refund, it will reflect immediately in your transaction history.
Refund transactions are visible in your transaction history. Please follow the following process to view your transaction history:
In the mobile app, your transactions are visible in the LazyPay tab. You will need to scroll down to see your transactions. You can tap on “Show All” to see all your past transactions
In the website, after you login on www.lazypay.in, your transactions are displayed below your outstanding and due amounts
