I received an SMS that voucher could not be generated due to some technical glitch and it will be reattempted again tomorrow. What does that mean?

Sometimes, we are unable to generate vouchers due to some technical glitch at the merchant’s end. Worry not. We will reattempt generating vouchers again for the next 3 days. If we are unable to generate vouchers after 3 days, we will refund you the money.

Can the vouchers be cancelled?

No. The vouchers once issued cannot be cancelled. This is a rule imposed by the merchant partner.

What is the validity of the vouchers sold on LazyPay?

The validity of the vouchers purchased is 1 year. Post that, the amount in the voucher will expire.

When will the vouchers be issued to me?

The vouchers will be issued to you as soon as your KYC documents are verified and NACH is setup. In case this is already done, the vouchers will be issued immediately.

Will I be charged for the vouchers?

There are no charges for buying vouchers. You will pay exactly the same as the amount for which vouchers were issued.

How do I check if I am eligible to buy a voucher?

You will get to know your eligibility and your approved amount as soon as you login post selecting the merchant, voucher amount, tenure. As soon as you login and give us some basic details such as PAN, Current address etc., we will tell you the amount we can lend you and the tenure depending on your profile.

Which are the merchant whose vouchers can I buy?

Currently, you can avail vouchers for Flipkart, Amazon, Croma, Myntra, MakeMyTrip, HomeCentre, and LifeStyle. We will be adding many others soon. The purchase process will remain the same across all the merchants.

Why you need my PAN and AADHAR card for issuing a Voucher?

PAN and Aadhaar card details are needed for us to check your creditworthiness and establish your identity. Based on these details, we offer you higher credit limits and bigger loan tenures.

How is this Voucher amount different from my LazyPay limit?

The voucher amount is equal to the amount you entered while purchasing the voucher. Once the voucher is issued to you, the equivalent amount is deducted from your credit limit.

Can I use the Voucher to purchase any product?

Yes. The voucher can be used across any category irrespective of
the category you had specified at the time of purchasing the
voucher. The category you specify at the time of purchasing the
voucher is used only for internal purposes and is never shared with
any third party.

Can I use the voucher to purchase anything if I had selected the category “Other” at the time of purchasing the voucher?

Yes. The voucher can be used across any category even if you had
selected the category “Other” at the time of purchasing the
category. The category you specify at the time of purchasing the
voucher is used only for internal purposes and is never shared with
any third party.

Do I have to use the complete Voucher amount in one transaction or can it be used across multiple transactions?

No. The vouchers can be used across multiple transactions. You can
add the voucher to your account. Amount equal to transaction
value gets deducted from the voucher amount when you checkout.
The remaining balance will remain intact in the voucher.

Whom can I contact in case I face any issue with the order placed with the merchant using this Voucher?

In case of any issue with the order placed using the voucher, the
relevant merchant should be contacted. e.g. if you are facing an
issue with an order placed on Flipkart using a Flipkart voucher, you
should contact Flipkart.
