Withdraw from your credit limit to your bank account and repay using easy EMI options at affordable interest rates. All your payments and EMIs are consolidated in a single statement. You need to pay only a single bill on the 3rd and 18th of each month.

How can I avail LazyPay services?
You must choose LazyPay as a payment mode available on the merchant’s website. An OTP is sent to the user for verification purpose and after entering the OTP, transaction is processed.
Should I trust LazyPay services?
LazyPay is a product developed and launched by PayU India. PayU is synonymous with trust and has grown to be the undisputed leader in online payments in India.
I placed an order using LazyPay, when will I receive the order?
LazyPay is just a payment mode provided to the customers and does not guarantee delivery of goods or services. For queries regarding service/refund/order cancellation, you must contact the merchant.
How to repay the outstanding amount?
You can repay the amount by clicking on repayment links which can be accessed by following ways: 1. Select the ‘Pay Bill’ tab available on the home page www.lazypay.in . Enter your registered details and OTP received. Click on Pay Now. 2. Select ‘Login’ tab on home page and enter your registered credentials. Confirm the OTP received and Select ‘Pay Now’ tab on your dashboard. 3. Simply click on the tab “Pay now” sent to you on your registered email ID/SMS. 4. Download our Citrus App from Play Store. Click on the LazyPay tab available at the bottom, click on the ‘Pay Now’ option available on home screen. 5. You can also repay by downloading your statement from your LazyPay dashboard. A ‘Pay now’ tab in the statement will enable you to make your repayment. The repayment can be made using Net banking/Credit/Debit card.
When will cashback be credited in my LazyPay account?
Cashback is credited into your LazyPay account within 2 working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) of you doing the transaction. Please note that your cashback will be immediately adjusted into your current outstanding amount. If you have already paid your dues, you can use this amount for next purchase with LazyPay
I have received a notification that my cashback has been credited,where can I see it ?
You can view your cashback in your LazyPay account.
You can login to your account at www.lazypay.in to check the same in your transactions tab or in your LazyPay account in Citrus App.
Please note that your cashback will be immediately adjusted in your current outstanding amount. If you have already paid your dues, you can use this amount for next purchases with LazyPay.
Repayment of outstanding amount has failed at LazyPay but my account has been debited?
Don't worry! Your amount will be reversed to your source account.
Banks generally take 7- 10 days for CC/DC/NB and 15 days ( Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) for a UPI transaction to refund this amount in your source account.
I am unable to transact using LazyPay

Where can I use LazyPay credit limit?
LazyPay can be used to shop interest free at your favourite websites and apps. See the full list here . You can use LazyPay to withdraw your credit limit to your bank account after completing your online KYC process and approval.
Where can I view my available credit limit?
Please note: Currently, your LazyPay credit limit is only visible on the Citrus- LazyPay App on Android. Enter your PAN number to view your limit.
How do I increase my credit limit?
Please note: Currently, increasing your LazyPay credit limit is only available on the Citrus- LazyPay App on Android. There are 3 steps to be completed for getting an enhanced credit limit 1. Click on "Get it Now" and complete the form by filling your PAN details, salary details & address information 2. If you get approved to increase your limit, you need to do your KYC Check how to complete KYC 3. Once your KYC is approved, you need to link your bank account for setting up repayments Here's how Over time, your credit limit may increase further if you continue to repay your LazyPay dues on time.
What is the maximum credit limit I can get?
Currently, the maximum credit limit available is Rs 1,00,000
I am unable to see my credit limit
If your credit limit is showing as 0, please check if you haven't used up all your credit limit. Your credit limit will get restored only after you repay your outstanding amount If your credit limit is showing as 0 or the same after you have submitted all the required information for increasing your credit limit (PAN, DOB, Address, Salary) then, at the moment we can't approve an increase in your LazyPay credit limit. Please note: Currently, the LazyPay credit limit is only visible on the Citrus- LazyPay App on Android
I am getting PAN verification error
The PAN details submitted by you didn't match with those saved on the government's PAN database. Kindly enter your Name, DOB & PAN number as mentioned on your PAN card
What is the minimum salary requirement for being eligible to increase your credit limit?
The minimum salary requirement for being eligible to increase your credit limit, is Rs 30,000
I wasn't approved for a LazyPay credit limit, when can I try again?
In case your first attempt to get an enhanced LazyPay limit wasn't successful, you will be allowed to retry this in the future. We will reach out to you when we can accept other information such as bank statements, salary slips etc to help you get a credit limit. Over the next 6 to 12 months, you will see us launch such features. Stay tuned!
Does LazyPay charge any application or signup charges?
No! Signing up for LazyPay is absolutely free! There are no fees involved in checking or increasing your credit limit.
Do I need to pay any interest when I use my LazyPay credit limit?
1. There is no interest charged when you use your credit limit directly on merchant websites or apps. 2. Interest is charged when you withdraw from your credit limit to your bank account. Interest varies between 14 to 24%, depending on the amount & tenure of your withdrawal
Are there any charges when I withdraw credit limit to bank?
There is a processing fee that is applicable, whenever you withdraw from your credit limit to your bank. However, as an introductory offer, this fee has been waived off.
Are there any fees if I don't repay before the due date?
Yes we will charge you if you don't repay by your due date. In some rare cases, we may provide a grace period (bank holidays/system unavailable). 1. Late fee is Rs 10 per day upto 30% of your purchases 2. EMI overdue charge is 26% APR per day 3. Bank bounce charge is Rs 300
How is late fee calculated?
Late fee is calculated only if you have an overdue and have made interest free payments on websites & apps. It is calculated as Rs 10 per day, you don't pay. It is capped at 30% of total due for these purchase transactions. For eg: You have a due amount of Rs 1000 and you fail to repay this by the due date. We will add a charge of Rs 10 every day, you don't repay. We will cap the fee at Rs 300, which is 30% of the total due amount
How is the EMI overdue charge calculated?
EMI overdue charge is calculated, if you are unable to repay your installment for the withdrawal to bank. It is calculated as 26% APR and calculated on a per day basis. For eg: You have an installment due of Rs 5000 on 3rd May and you aren't able to repay this. We will add an overdue charge every day after the 5th of May. The charge added per day will be calculated as 5000* (26/100) * (1/365) = Rs 3.56. The same charge will be added for each day that you don't repay.
What is bank bounce charge?
It is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain sufficient funds in your bank account to cover your due amount. When the bank account you have linked for auto repayment doesn't have sufficient funds in order to get the auto debit done successfully, we pay a penalty to your bank for this failed attempt. We add this to your statement. Bounce Charge is fixed at Rs 300 per bill cycle
Are there any other charges applicable for using LazyPay services?
No! There are no additional charges for using LazyPay services

I am waiting for refund from the merchant. When will I receive it?
If the merchant has processed your refund, it will reflect immediately in your transaction history.

If its more than 2 working days, please check terms and condition of the offer and check if you were eligible for the cashback on that offer. If you are eligible for the cashback or received an incorrect cashback, we would need more details. Please write to us on our need help page and we will try to resolve your query on priority.

What is the billing cycle for repayment?
LazyPay statement is generated twice a month: 1. 16th of every month – For all transactions between 1 – 15th Midnight. The payment for this is always due on the 18th of the month. For eg: For transactions done from 1st April to 15th April, the statement will be sent to you on 16th April and you need to repay by the 18th of April 2. 1st of every month – For all transactions between 16th – last day of previous month. The payment for this is always due on the 3rd of the month. For eg: For transactions done from 16th April to 30th April, the statement will be sent to you on 1st May and you need to repay by the 3rd of May
How to repay the outstanding/due amount?
There are multiple ways by which you can repay your outstanding or due amounts: 1. On the website - Select the ‘Pay Bill’ tab available on the home page www.lazypay.in . Enter your registered details and OTP received. Click on Pay Now. 2. From email/SMS - We regularly send you email & SMS notifications for repaying your dues, you can click on the "Pay Now" button in the email or click on the link in the SMS message. (Tip: you can save the link from your SMS for future repayments as well) 3. On the mobile app - Download our Citrus- LazyPay App from Play Store or the Citrus-LazyPay App from App store. Click on the LazyPay tab available at the bottom, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button.
What are the payment modes available for repayment?
We support various modes of payments for clearing your LazyPay dues in our app or website 1. Debit Cards 2. Net banking 3. UPI 4. Credit Cards (will be disabled for customers with credit limit over Rs 10,000)
How is the statement amount calculated?
The statement amount is calculated as sum of all transactions that you have done at merchants & any installment that you need to repay. Any previous dues, late fees & penalties are also added to your due amount From this we subtract all repayments, cashbacks, refunds and credits that you have received during the bill cycle.
Is there any EMI option to repay the due amount?
At the moment, we don't provide any facility to repay your due amount in installments
Can repayment date be extended?
No, in normal circumstances, repayment date cannot be extended. Please reach out to us if you are facing any technical issues in making your repayment.
Can I map two account to auto repay the due amount?
No, you can only link one account/card for auto repayment of your dues
