How is late fee calculated?
Late fee is charged only if you have any unpaid due amount for pay later. We charge Rs 10 per day, till you don't clear your dues. It is capped at 30% of total due for these purchase transactions.

e.g. You have a due amount of Rs 1000 and you don't clear your dues by due date. We will add a late fee of Rs 10 per day till the dues are cleared. We will cap the fee at Rs 300, which is 30% of the total due amount.
How is the EMI overdue charge calculated?
Overdue is charged only when EMIs are not paid by due date. Currently, overdue charges are 26% p.a., till the due amount is not cleared.

e.g.: If there is an EMI of Rs 5000 due on 3rd May and it is not paid by 3rd May. Then overdue charges of 5000* (26/100) * (1/365) = Rs 3.56 will be added for each day till the EMI is not paid.

Overdue charges are added to your next bill cycle.
